Mr Wijeratna did a tennis elbow release to my left elbow (had the right one done 8years ago at the same place but a different surgeon) what a pleasant person listening to everything I had to say and went through everything with me in detail. Just had my follow up appointment and all healing good

What a great specialist- humorous and efficient. My procedure was a total shoulder replacement using the latest computer assisted aids resulting in a total success. Now ,a year later I have totally regained the use of my shoulder and just wish I had seen this specialist years earlier instead of putting up with the pain. Can't thank Mr Malin enough and would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for an up to date and great surgeon!!

Mr Wijeratna is polite, professional and efficient. He is an active listener and takes patient remarks seriously. His manner is appropriately crisp and clinical but also inclusive and collaborative. Meeting face to face was unnerving under covid, but the consultation felt as safe as possible under the circumstances.

Oddly enough I bumped in to Malin whilst playing a cricket match and recognised him as the surgeon who operated on my left shoulder. I dislocated my left shoulder several times whilst playing sports and Malin conducted a joint stabilization procedure. This has proved to be a huge success, I thankfully have had no dislocations following this operation in 2015 and desperately hope this continues. Malin was very knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic and attentive to my needs. He talked me through the risks and benefits of the operation so I was able to make a fully informed decision. Furthermore, Malin managed to fast track my operation due to a cancellation; I went under the knife the day after my MRI scan discussion. I would wholeheartedly recommend Malin to anyone who requires a joint stabilisation procedure. My only gripe with Malin is he stumped me out as I was batting for the opposing team, if ever our sides do face each other in future I will be staying in my crease!

It is great to get sportsmen and sportswomen back to the things they love doing! Its great that your shoulder is still performing so well.. unfortunately I can't do anything about your footwork when batting!
